She was predeceased by: her grandson Jonathan George. She is survived by: her husband James George; her children, Michael George, Donna Courtney (Ricky), James Mitchell George, Marsha Fore (Dusty) and Christy Byrd Jr. (Horace); and her sister Carolyn Powell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild, and other family and friends.
