She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Childers; and her parents, E. D. Smith and Mary Smith. She is survived by: her children, Angela Talley and James "J. T." Childers; her granddaughter Mary Talley; and her siblings, Eddie Smith (Lyn) and Vicki Spence (Kurt). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Freeman Funeral Home (19180 Center St, Citronelle, AL 36522). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Citronelle Methodist Cemetery (7990 E Lebaron Ave, Citronelle, AL 36522).
