He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Glenn Rutland; his stepsons, Billy Wanye Jarman and Mike Jarman; and his son-in-law David Cashon. He is survived by: his children, Marion "Frankie" Rutland and TOmmy DeWayne Jarman (Vanessa); his stepdaughter Sylvia Shriver (Bill); his siblings, Weaver and Jimmy Rutland (Alice); and his grandchild Gene Rutland. He is also survived by 37 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
