He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fred Belk and Mary Alice Alford Belk. He is survived by: his wife Lois Belk of Clanton; and his children, Brian Belk (Carla) of Clanton, David Belk (Crystal) of Jemison, Dawn Connell (James) of Clanton and Lori Johnson (Eli) of Beaumont, TX. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; and 2 Great Grandchildren.
