It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Max Franklin Scott of Clanton, Alabama, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Rostron and Simmie Headley Scott; his wife Helen Wyatt Scott; and his siblings, Dean Hosey (James), Shirley Coggins (Leonard), Mary Frank Scott and Kenneth Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Scott (Brenda), Nita Stillwell (Jim), Suzanne Scott-Trammell (Pat) and Russell Scott; and his siblings, A. C. Scott (Christine) and Faye Smith. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
The family respectfully requests that all attendees please wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet.
