He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Oliver Meank and Evie Ellison Meank; his wife Melba Gray Meank; and his siblings, Curtis Meank, Olene Jones, Pearlene Burnette and Lorene Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Smitherman (Mikul), Donna Turner, Ty Meank and Joel Meank; and his sister Pauline Harris. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren.
