She was predeceased by: her parents, Odis Price and Floy Price; and her siblings, John Price, Harold Price, Dave Price, Charlie Price, Athalee Porter and L. H. Price.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry McGhar (Jed) of Thorsby, AL, Jane Wilson (Steve) of Clanton, AL and Mark Hamm (Beverly) of Thorsby, AL; her brothers, Joe Price of Jemison, AL and Harrison Price of Jemison, AL; and her close friend Hanson Morgan. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Great Grandchildren.
