He is survived by: his wife Rita Vossburg Chance of Clayton; his children, Christopher Chance, Adam Chance, Anthony Chance, Lucy Hurst, Deborah Sue Chance and Jessica Chance; and his sisters, Carlen Pettigrew and Joanne Calub. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
