He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Herman Floyd, Sr. and Annie Dixson Floyd; his daughters, Charlotte Bolt, Wanda Moore and Diane Brooks; and his siblings, Jack Floyd and Phyllis Floyd.
He is survived by: his son Tim Strom; his stepchildren, Tony Osborne and Denise Elder; his brother Francis Herman Floyd, Jr.; and his son-in-law Larry Bolt. He is also survived by 13 greatgrandchildren.
