He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Hyche and Cornelia Hyche; and his siblings, Vaudie Hallman and Athel Hyche. He is survived by: his wife Jean Foster Hyche; his children, Brad Hyche, Sheila Smith (Larry), Cheryl Garrison and Renee Albano (Steve); his grandchildren, Jason Smith (Brianna), Lori Youngblood (Hal), Erin Smith (Ron), Corinne Albano and Reece Albano; and his great grandchildren, Rhealyn, Asher, Rosie, Triton, Sam, Sawyer and Tate.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or Coaling Methodist Church.
