He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Sydney V. Stringer and Minnie Albanese Stringer; his wife Ruth M. Stringer; his children, Vic Stringer and Ann Goodman; his brother Joe Stringer (Betty); and his aunt Mary Pierce. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
