She was predeceased by : her husband Sam Shuttlesworth; and her son-in-law Ray Vaughn. She is survived by : her daughters, Cheryl Vaughn, Sandra Spade, Rhonda Freeman (David), Kerri Christian (Charley Williams) and Paige Surber; and her granddaughter Heather Shuttlesworth (Kim). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
