She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Marion Wakefield and Rosa Bell Henson Wakefield; and her siblings, Leo Wakefield, Bruce Wakefield, T. J. Wakefield, James Wakefield, Kennith Wakefield, Owen Wakefield, Ruth Crowley, Tommie Lou Buckelew and Julia Faye Griffin.

She is survived by : her siblings, Dee Bart Wakefield and Connie Seale (David Houston); her grandchildren, Randy Anderson and Tawana Lynn Anderson; her great grandchild Haley Carney (Michael); and her great great grandchild Asa Carney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
