He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin P. Grice, Sr. and Annie Merle Woodham; his grandmother Langston; and his brothers, Steve Grice and Robert Grice.
He is survived by : his wife Agnes Grice; his children, Angela Martin (Patrick), Eddie Grice (Tina) and Chris Grice (Memorie); and his siblings, Lenora Baker, Mickey Walker (Kenneth) and David Grice (Linda). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren; his 3 greatgrandchildren.
