With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janelda Rae Barnett of Columbiana, Alabama, who passed away on March 13, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Faschingbauer, and Elva Faschingbauer, Sr.; her husband Robert R. Barnett; and her brother Albert "Sonny" Faschingbauer, Jr.. She is survived by : her son Allan Barnett (Patty) of Wilsonville, Alabama; her siblings, Joyce Nixion, Joe Faschingbauer, Linda Ublacker (Bob) and Herbie Faschingbauer (Ellen) of Texas; and her granddaughters, Nicole Erwin (Scottie), Megan Bace (David) and Molly Defee (JT). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations so that we can do something special for Columbiana Health and Rehab who took excellent care of her and helped us love on her for the last seven years.
