He was predeceased by: his wife Imogene T. Walker; his son Russell F. Walker; and his brother Jack Forrest Walker. He is survived by: his children, Lewis B. Walker, Jr. (Marie), Ross T. Walker (Dawn), George T. Walker and Timothy F. Walker (Onadean). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Children's Home.
