He is survived by: his wife Angel Smith; his children, Jacquelyn Smith, Houston Smith, Zach, Andrew and Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Jerry Wayne Smith (Mel), Shelia James, Patty Dye, Judy Medina and Timmy Smith (Tim Young). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
