She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gothard and Effie Morrison Gothard; her husband Charles "Buck" Milam; and her siblings, Julene Norris Crapps, Ann Green, Charles Gothard, James Gothard, Billy Gothard and Allen Gothard.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Weaver (Bill), Greg Milam (Kayla) and Jeff Milam (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Ben Weaver (Tiffany), Blaine Milam, Katie Milam, Ellie Milam, Jennifer Snider (Steve) and Jessica Mollica. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
