She was predeceased by: her parents, Travis Kimbrell and Dorothy Sims Kimbrell; and her husband John C. Scott. She is survived by: her son Austin Scott; her siblings, William Jackson Kimbrell, Dwight Edison Kimbrell, Hewett Mason Kimbrell (Peggy) and Margaret Finch; her sister-in-law Louise Berry; and also Bertha Corbitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Michael & All Angels' Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 586, Millbrook, AL 36054 in her memory.
