He is survived by: his friend Football of Alabama; his mother Sharon Thomas; his daughters, Haleigh and Natalie Thomas; his siblings, Michael Thomas (Lisa) and Gabrielle Levins; his siblings' children, Izeck Thomas, Dominic Levins, Keithan Levins and Casey Mills; and his great-niece Lexi Mills.
