He is survived by: his children, Amanda Charlene Blair (Chris) and William "Randy" Cooley; his grandchildren, Randall "Gage" Cooley, Hunter William Cooley (Rachell), Aiden Christopher Blair and Henley Grace Blair; and his great grandchild Hunter O'neal "Buck" Cooley.
