He is survived by: his wife Janice Mills; his mother Martha Mills; his children, Casey Mills (Amber), Scottie Enfinger (Sara), Megan Pierce (Jerald), Kathy Burch (Pat) and Stephanie Winslett (Mark); his grandchildren, Samson, Hayden, Avery, Rachel, Luke, Aaron and Lauren; his great grandchild Brooks; and his siblings, Tim Mills (Nena), Melissa Martin (Ricky) and Kim Hall (Randy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
