She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Steven and Birdie Alma Jacobs Livingston; and her husband Sammy Wayne Williams. She is survived by : her sons, Jason Williams (April) and Jeremy Williams (Mizuki); her siblings, JC Livingston, Effie Hudson, Penny Viot and Carolyn Smith; and her grandchildren, Annie Beth Williams, Rilee Williams, Lila Williams, Tiara Dixie Williams and Ivan Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
