With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hilda Sandlin (Crane Hill, Alabama), who passed away on January 5, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hilda Sandlin to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her son Anthony Keith Sandlin; her daughter-in-law Glenda Marie Sandlin; her parents, Alton Perdue and Bertha Perdue; her siblings, Jeanette Robinson (George), Hoyt Perdue (Bertie), Jesse Perdue (Vi) and Tully Logan; and also Felton Speegle.

She is survived by : her husband John Allen Sandlin; her daughter Tonya Gilliland (Ben); her grandsons, Michael Sandlin (Justin) and Jonathan Suchey; her stepgrandchildren, Carley Croswell (David) and Colin Gilliland (Layna); her stepgreat-granddaughter Ellison Rae Gilliland; her sister Annie Lee Logan; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Faye Speegle and Betty Sue Pope (Tom). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Due to the Covid19 restrictions, masks will be required and social distancing appreciated.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Smith Lake Baptist Church Building fund in her memory.
