He was predeceased by : his parents, Shelton Hillary Weaver and Carolyn Janice Weaver; his brother Virace Lynn Weaver, Sr.; his wife Veronica Weaver; his children, Elizabeth Byrd, Shelton Weaver, Jr., Mitchell Dane Weaver, Katlyn Byrd and Nevaeh Weaver; his grandchildren, Kevin Byrd, Jr., Kevelyn Byrd, Kelsey Byrd, Kennedy Byrd and Jaydon Phillips; and his siblings, Bruce Edward Weaver, Janice Delores Green, Taylor Weaver, Caroline Weaver, Emily Weaver and Michael Weaver.
