He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Curtis; and his nephews, Allen Curtis and Blake Landers. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff (Susie) and Jason Curtis (Carla); his siblings, Jewel Waits (Nathaniel), Charles Curtis (Betty), Dannie Curtis and Dennis Curtis (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Sarah Curtis. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
