He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Manning Jr. and Marie Kelly; his children, Sherry Hale, Gabrielle Manning, Emma Manning, Robert Manning, Justin Manning and Garrett Manning; and his grandchildren, Tyler Hale, Emily Hale, Drake Manning, Drew Manning and Allie Manning.
