He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Thomas and Ruth Chandler Parker; and his sister Charlene Parker Woods. He is survived by: his wife Mossie Ferguson Parker; his children, Kaye Rhoades (Derl) and Rodney Parker (Julie); his grandchildren, Stacie Cotton, Ryan Rhoades (Kristen), Garrett Nunley, Taylor Parker and Paige Parker; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Hurst, Lilli Cotton and Rhett Rhoades; his siblings, Rayburn Parker, Doris Adkins (Charles) and Carolyn White; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Woods. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to the Make A Wish Foundation.
