It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Eloise Self (Cullman, Alabama), who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Dale Hayes (Darrel), Melissa Johnson (Van), Philip Wade Self and Shawn Allen Self (Cindy). She is also survived by six brothers, four sisters, five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
