He is survived by: his wife Pam Garner; his children, David Garner (Judy Logan), Bobby Garner (Christine Whitworth), James Garner (Rachel) and Penny Reynolds (Mitch); his sisters, Sybil Woodard, Barbara Staton and Glyndell Allred; his grandchildren, Candi Pace, Kasie Garner, Holley Garner, Spencer Reynolds and Alex Reynolds; and his great grandchildren, Adriana, Braylin, Dyllen, Eli, Ryan and Isaiah.
