He is survived by: his siblings, Sonny Mullins (Hilda) and Charlotte Mullins Burks; his nephews, Stacey Mullins (Stephanie), Randy Burks (Rachel) and Dan Burks; his niece Beth Mullins Freeman; his great-nephew Austin Mullins; his great-nieces, Haley Burks Fullilove (Dustin), Emily Mullins, Natalie Freeman and Ellissa Burks; and also Jaxson Fullilove.
