He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Presley and Ruth O'Neal Daniel; his wife Nell Ann Daniel; and his siblings, Ethel Pierce, Orene Shaw, Lester Daniel, Henry Daniel and James Daniel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nell McWhorter (Tommy), Del Franklin (James) and Pam Miller; his grandsons, Daniel Stricklin (Meridith), Jonathan Franklin (Amanda) and Benjamin Farris (Skarlet); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Harper, Knoxx and Nora James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
