She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius John and Johannah Hartwig Thomas. She is survived by: her husband William Culver; her daughters, Sonya Hoffman (Robert) and Cindy Parker (Brandon); her sister Katherine Barbee; her sister-in-law Diane Culver; and her grandchildren, Austin Hoffman, Lauryn Hoffman, Alex Parker, Kaitlyn Parker and Courtney Parker.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Kindred Hospice of Cullman in memory of Mrs. Culver.
