He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Reeves and Naomi Turner Reeves; his sister Faye; and his grandparents, Samuel, Leona Denny Turner, Thomas and Lela Amos Reeves.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dewana Fountain (Robert) and Dina Reeves; his grandsons, Douglas and Phillip Eady; his stepgrandsons, Matthew and Jake Fountain; his great-grandparent Naomi Grace Eady; his stepgreat-grandson Will Fountain; his sister Kathy Mobley (Denny); his pet Ole Man; and his brother Bryan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be available to family and friends at New Hope #2 Baptist Church on Friday, April 17, 2020 from 12:30 p. m. until 2:30 p. m. Due to the restrictions in place because of the Coronavirus, a limited number of people will be allowed into the church at a time.
