She is survived by: her parent Ethel Knighten (Ralph); her children, Gary Dale Crutchfield (Lisa) of Sidney, Randy Crutchfield (Lisa) of Madison, IN and Tina Cruger (Mark) of Pensacola, FL; her grandchildren, Charles, Alicia, Patricia Cruger, Jessica Crutchfield, Ansley Crutchfield and Elizabeth Campbell; her great grandchild Chester Hughes; her nieces, Montez and Genevieve; and her spouse Troy Crutchfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
