It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Scruggs Harris (Cullman, Alabama), who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Scruggs and Norma Tomlinson Scruggs; her siblings, Ruby Dye, Kate Elna Harbin, Evelyn Harris, Violet Vann, Robert Scruggs and Frank Scruggs; her grandson Janzen Easterwood; and her son-in-law Keith Easterwood.
She is survived by: her husband Robert T. Harris; her children, Janie Easterwood, Robin Boyles (Marty), Gary Harris (Linda) and Jeff Harris (Cindy); and her sisters-in-law, Earline "Polly" Armstrong (Charles), Ruth Duke, Sue Bice and Norma Scruggs. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
