He is survived by: his wife Kay Murphey Blevins; his mother Ruth Miller Blevins; his children, Amy Poore (Raymond), Terena Westmoreland and Justin Westmoreland (Codi); his siblings, Lynn Kilpatrick (Danny), Jo Dailey and Emmett Blevins (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Lilly, Karli, Elizabeth, Jedidiah, Gunner and Kane. He is also survived by many friends and other family members.
