She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert A. Grissom, Sr.; her parents, Lou Creacy Smith Hembree and Benjamin Franklin Hembree; and her siblings, Christine Patrick of Cullman, Dorsey Hembree (Doc) of Cullman and Buell Hembree of Seattle, Washington..
She is survived by: her children, Jenny G. Folsom of Cullman and Hubert Grissom, Jr. of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Leeth Grissom (Jennifer), Lauren Grissom and Christopher Grissom; and her great grandchild Callie Grissom of Birmingham.
