He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Williams and Nattie Sullins Williams; his wife Patsy Harris Williams; and his sister Joyce Ann Cook. He is survived by: his children, Patty Cecilia Lindsey (Lynn), Donald J. Williams and Henry Cecil Williams Jr.. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
