She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Euell and Dellie Shelton Blalock; her husband Jack Ayers; and her siblings, Huey Blalock, Junior Blalock and Irene Shelton.
She is survived by: her friend Cornerstone Church; her children, Jerry Ayers, Jack Ayers (Diane), Danny Ayers, Shelia Willoughby (Barry) and Leta Ayers; and her brothers, J. D. Blalock, Charlie Blalock, Freddie Blalock and John Robert Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and friends.
