She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jimmy, David Richey, Audrey Price, Alma Tawbush Gammon, Bertha "Buck" Self and Joan Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Neely (Gloria) of Hayden, Gordon Neely, Doug Neely of Cleveland and Hazel Posey (Vicki) of Cleveland; and her grandmother McKay. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
