He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Thursey Idella Parker; and his wife Carma Caroline Parker. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Amos (Jeff) and Brenda Barnette (Wayne); his grandchildren, Jacob Stewart (Deanna), Micah Brannon (Jacob), Candase Wilkins (Justin) and Dustin Barnette (Tiffany); and his great grandchildren, Carter Stewart, Grayson Stewart, Sadie Brannon, Max Brannon, Eva Brannon, Emmalyn Wilkins, Finlee Wilkins, Jorryn Barnette, Tylyn Barnette, Ashlyn Aldridge and Carolynn Barnette.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to Bread of Life Church (PO Box 55, Holly Pond, Alabama 35083) for the purchase of a flag and flag pole at the new church.
