He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff Wiggins and William McClellan; his wife Juanita Blackwood Barnett; his son Billy Barnett; his grandsons, Will Barnett, Kile Weaver, Cole and Connor Thompson; and his siblings, Shelba Burgess (Wayne), Regina Maske (David) and Alan Barnett (Teresa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
