He is survived by: his wife Tiffani Lipsey Johnson; his children, Kyle Johnson, Lea Marie Johnson and Emily Horstman (Ross); his mother Joy Lou Bradford Johnson; and his siblings, Brad Johnson (Donna), Dawn Johnson Campbell (Rick), Julie Johnson Childers (Kenneth) and Neices. He is also survived by Nephews, and Cousins.
