We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2020, at the age of 100, Maebell Wilhite Apel (Cullman, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Henry Wilhite and Zella Mae Linton; her husband Arthur Henry Apel; and her sisters, Frances Nearen, Marie Goff and Freida Perry.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald H. Apel (Cheri), John F. Apel (Marie) and Cheri Dalgleish; and her siblings, Dorothy Duke (Charles), Saundra Duke (Frank) and Larry Wilhite (Gladys). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-great Grandchild.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, any memorials be sent to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
