She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Brinegar and Kathleen Margaret Yates Brinegar; and her husband Sherel Connell. She is survived by: her children, Stacey Frederick (Jeff), Cheryl Dunlap and John "Jay" Challis (Teresa); and her sisters, Peggy Bryant (David), Shelby Johnson, Phyllis Strickland (Carl) and Kathy Henderson (Tim). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews.
