She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy S. Kinney and Altas Runge Kinney; her husband Roy Richter; and her brother Oden Kinney. She is survived by: her children, Roy Edward Richter, William Ted Richter (Fharis), Maria Schultz (Don), Helen Kent (Terry), Ellen Fulmer (Rick) and Jayne Richter; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jester (Traci), Brandi Phillips (Stephen), Shanna Thornton (Jerrid), Nathan Richter (Jennifer), Quintin Richter, Morganne Sweeney (Eric), Yvette Kent, Nikki Kent, Erik Lee (Sirinya), Michael Lee (Amanda), Calvin Wells and Kathryne Striker (Chris); her great grandchildren, Brandon Richter, Julia, Alice Jester, Caleb Thornton, Abbie Richter, Anna Richter, Sophie Williams, McKayla Lee, Kaden Lee and Ella Lee; her great great grandchild Haven Richter; and her brother Ollen Kinney (Lou).
