She was predeceased by: her husband Woodrow Eugene Monk; her parents, Olive Kimbrell Bradley Tarzan and Edward Bradley; her brother Emory Bradley; and her sister-in-law Sharon Bradley.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Faulkner (David), Cathy Phillips (Hank), June Reynolds (Ricky), JoAnn Arnold (Ray), Danny Monk (Wanda), Randy Monk (Anette) and Andy Monk (Betty); and her sister Trish "Pat" Westberry (Leonard). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid19 restrictions, masks will be required and social distancing appreciated.
