He is survived by : his wife Willie Rose Fields; his children, Tara Hines, Tarshall Dublin (Brian), Napoleon Jones, Ivan Fields and LaTashia Turner (Tyrone); his mother Ophelia Fields (Minnitt); and his siblings, Reverend Odis Lee Minnitt (JoAnn), Howard Louis Fields, Reverend James C. Fields (Yvette), Terry Wayne Fields and Natalie Regina Fields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
