He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Muncy and Frances Muncy; his stepfather James Allen; his brother Thomas Muncy; and his grandparents, Luther and Birdie A. Silcox.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Miller (Owen) and Rosemary Mitchell (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Burrell (John), Alicia Miller-Houser (Jason), Joshua Mitchell, Zachary Muncy, Hunter Muncy, Sherri Bigler, Ryan Smith (Krystal), Jacob Burrell, Elliana Bigler, Nathaniel Bigler, Nathaniel Smith, Grant Smith and Nash Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
